Rajinder Thukral, the Chairman of the company laid down its foundation stone with his maiden trading venture way back in the year 1967 at Ghaziabad in the name & style of Shri Ram Machinery Store. Back then, the company initiated business by dealing in Industrial Rubber Products, including Vee-Belts, Industrial Rubber Hoses, Conveyor Belting and a wide array of other specialized rubber products. With the wide product range, the company catered to bulk needs of manufacturing units all across India. Later on, with business insight gained, Rajinder Thukral moved his trading enterprise to New Delhi and began business of dealing in various items required by the OEM's of Belt Conveyor Industry including a comprehensive range of conveyor belting. Today, he has acquired distinction as a pioneer channel partner cum achiever in markets all over India for the sale of conveyor belting, also securing a broad customer base, worldwide.

Sachin Thukral, son of Mr. Rajinder Thukral made a foray into this family business in the year 1996. He is now touted as one of the main stalwarts heading growth of the group, and manages the sub-dealer network as well as direct customers of the company with care and responsibilities.
